Services

Bookings & Payments
  • All bookings are subject to availability.
  • A booking is only confirmed once payment or a deposit has been received.
  • Prices are provided in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated.
  • Any additional services requested outside the original booking may incur extra charges.
Cancellations & Changes
  • Cancellations made within a specified period prior to the event may result in a cancellation fee.
  • Changes to event details (date, location, time) must be communicated as early as possible and are subject to availability.
  • Happy Photo Box reserves the right to cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case a full refund will be provided.
Event Conditions
  • The client is responsible for ensuring adequate space, power access, and safe operating conditions at the event.
  • Happy Photo Box is not responsible for delays caused by venue access issues, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.
  • Guests are expected to use the photo booth respectfully. Any damage caused by misuse may result in additional charges.
Intellectual Property

All photos, designs, branding, and content created by Happy Photo Box remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed. Clients and guests are granted personal usage rights for event images.

Limitation of Liability

Happy Photo Box is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our services or website, except where required by law.
